Costume Details

Diana is my favourite League of Legends champion, and this was my second time cosplaying her. I wanted to do another big, challenging foam armour build and of course I had to pick the most purple one!

I started this cosplay in March 2020, right when the pandemic started, and crafting it really helped me get through that tough time. I didn’t end up wearing it to a convention in the end, but I’m proud of how well I documented the progress despite being stuck at home.

The armour was made entirely using foam from Poly-Props. I made the bodysuit underlayer using Yaya Han’s bodysuit pattern and I custom designed/printed the sleeves with Contrado.

I made my first ever smoke machine for this cosplay, following Kamui Cosplay’s tutorial, which I installed into the weapon. I also made the weapon light up using her LED tutorial book!
