How will I receive my order?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, as well as a second email containing a download link to your files.

If you are having issues with the download link then please get in touch via anaeliccosplay@gmail.com, stating your order number.

How do I print your patterns?

All patterns are provided in a PDF format. They are already scaled to the correct size, so when printing them make sure to select “actual size”. I recommend using Adobe Acrobat for this.

All of my patterns are provided in A4 (210 x 297mm) format. The exact pattern format varies from pattern to pattern as I have improved my method over the years, but each pattern will have its own cutting/printing instructions.

What sizes are your sewing/armour patterns made for?

Currently I am only able to provide patterns suited for my own size (UK size 6/XS). This is for a multitude of reasons, but mainly because I draft each costume to my own personal measurements and simply do not have the time to rescale everything to fit multiple additional sizes.

I would love to be able to accommodate all sizes if possible, but I also lack the sufficient pattern-drafting experience to be able to provide patterns in a range of sizes. For this reason, I try to provide as detailed an explanation as possible in the accompanying tutorial to all of my patterns, so that you can learn how to draft your own patterns.

Will you ever sell physical products?

I have sold physical products in the past, such as Genshin Impact visions, however currently I lack the space or capacity to be able to mass-produce additional physical products.

I do however sell prints and occasionally some other accessories at events, so be sure to keep an eye out for me at a convention near you!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of all my items being digital products, I am unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
